Frank Arnold, also of Sedro Wooley, escaped with injuries. They were fighting a small fire near Lake Samish, south of Bellingham WA on August 13, 1929.
(If anyone knows the correct spelling of CS’ last name, please let us know. According to FamilySearch Records, there are Hattons in Sedro Wooley; there do not appear to be Huttons, except a Clarence S Hutton census record from further south. He would have been age 25.)
