The Hungry Valley Volunteer Fire Department’s assistant chief died from a massive heart attack while on duty, the department reported Monday. Donovan Garcia Jr., 52, died as the result of a heart attack Thursday, said Stacey Montooth, spokeswoman for the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Tribe.
