Summary: On September 14, 1994, Robert Johnson, a BLM employee of the Great Basin Fire Cache at the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, died when his truck was struck by another vehicle while he was delivering cache equipment and supplies to a fire on the Payette National Forest.

His home forest was the Ochoco National Forest in Oregon.
