Summary: Firefighter Eubanks and the members of his department (engine/tender) had just completed extinguishing a small wildland fire when Firefighter Eubanks suddenly collapsed from what was apparently a heart attack. Firefighter Eubanks was transported by helicopter to a hospital, but he did not survive.
